🗣️☕ Join us for the last Coffee and Conversation of the year!

Dear Neighbor,

You're invited to join 30th Ward Alderwoman Ruth Cruz and me for a morning of coffee and community conversation! We’re hosting one last Coffee and Conversation event this year, and we hope you’ll join us for the chance to discuss issues that are important to you.

We’ll be gathering at El Capitan Snacks & Coffee, 3150 N Central Ave. on Saturday, November 22, from 10am to 12pm. And we’ll be talking about recent updates from the fall veto session, questions you may have about the city budget, and other important community concerns. Your input helps shape our priorities and ensures your voice is heard, so hope to see you then!

All my best,

Will

Kosciuszko Park Fundraiser

The Koz Park Advisory Council hosts free events for the entire community to enjoy, like a Colombian Independence Day celebration, an activist printmaking workshop, a children’s circus celebrating the joy of reading, summer movie nights, and live music performances.

To support these programs, KPAC’s annual fundraiser is on Thursday, November 20, from 6 to 10pm at Reed’s Local, 3017 W Belmont Ave. Each ticket includes a drink, food from local restaurants, and entry into raffles with great prizes from neighborhood favorites like Revolution Brewing, Lula Cafe, The Whistler, Brew Brew Coffee, and more. You can purchase tickets here.
