Weekly on Fridays, 9am-5pm, at Metropolitan Family Services North Center (3249 N. Central Ave.)

* Walk up or drive up
* Non-painful nasal swab test
* Results within 4-7 days
* ID and insurance accepted but NOT required

No eating, drinking, smoking, chewing gum, brushing teeth, etc. 20 minutes before the test.

Please note that testing sites may close due to weather conditions.
