🍂❤️‍🩹 Save the date for our Fall Family Health Fair on Oct 18th!

Dear Neighbor,

As autumn approaches and we anticipate the colder weather and spending more time indoors, my office is looking to bring accessible health services to our neighborhoods to prioritize health and safety for our families and communities.

I’m proud to partner with Congresswoman Delia Ramirez, State Sen. Graciela Guzman, Alderman Anthony Quezada, and the Kosciuszko Park Advisory Council for our annual Fall Family Health Fair. This year’s fair will be on Saturday, October 18, from 9am to 12pm at Kosciuszko Park, 2732 N Avers Ave.

Our health fair will offer a variety of free health services and resources to the community, including:

  • Flu shots for all ages at no cost*

  • Covid-19 and RSV vaccines with insurance*

  • Free blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol screenings

  • Free dental kits for kids*

  • Free HIV and STI testing

  • Information on Medicare open enrollment

We’ll also have a variety of free family-friendly activities offered at the park, including:

  • Free produce*

  • Free hot cocoa and coffee*

  • Arts and crafts

  • Games

*While supplies last, given out on a first come, first serve basis!

For more information or any questions, please reach out to my office at (773) 853-2570 or will@repguzzardi.com. We look forward to seeing you there!

All my best,

Will

Open packages are welcome. You can also donate online at bit.ly/kpac_diapers.
