👷💼 Check out Local Employers who are Hiring!
Dear Neighbor,
At the end of April, my office hosted a Job Fair with Northwest Side elected officials at Kilbourn Park, welcoming 150 attendees and 60 employers. There were government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private sector employers with open positions, plus organizations like Center for Changing Lives and Illinois Department of Employment Security that provided interview coaching, resume assistance, and job preparedness workshops. Thank you to all who joined us and made this a successful event.
This week’s newsletter highlights some of those employers and the open positions they’re currently offering. And I hope it can help connect our community with new opportunities and next steps in their career journeys.
