A: We are a family owned and operated business with roots in the Logan Square community. It was important for us to open our business in Logan Square so we can give back to our neighborhood and bring a manufacturing business back to the area.

Q: What’s your favorite summer activity in Chicago?
A: We love being outside and walking the Boulevards with our two sons and Dog Leroy Brown. The Farmers Market is one of our favorite ways to spend a Sunday. There are also so many great neighborhood spots that you can sit outside and enjoy the summer weather like Bang Bang Pie, Parsons, Best Intentions, Logman & Eagle, Lula. This list is endless!

Q: What's your favorite ingredient to use in Spirits?
A: We source as much of our grain from a local farmer that is less than 60 miles from the distillery in DeKalb County. We love to use Illinois Yellow Corn because it is so plentiful and makes a great, Vodka, Gin and Whiskey.
